Since its formation in 1970 Cerdic Foundries has established a continuous record of growth, investment and innovation to ensure its prominent position in the industry.

Sand castings are produced in both ferrous and non-ferrous alloys covering a wide range of sizes from 0.1Kg to 1000Kg weight.

The Company has a policy of continuous development and improvement and is dedicated to the quality objectives as set out in the quality assurance system accredited to BS EN ISO 9001 2000 status.

Cerdic Foundries specialise in high quality, ductile SG iron castings (including low temperature impact grades), cast irons, wear and corrosion resisting alloyed iron castings. Modern hard sand moulding and core-making techniques are used to produce prototype, jobbing, batch and semi-volume casting quantities.

Chemically hardened 'cold box' vertically cast cerjet biscuit moulding is used in addition to shell moulding. Core making is either 'blown' urethane ' cold box', shell, furane or CO2 silicate processes.
