In 1998 a new 1000sq. metre building extension was completed
which effectively doubled the ferrous foundry capacity.

Incorporated in the new extension are two carousel
boxless moulding units, new cranage, sand and metal storage
and strategically relocated electric furnaces with associated
extra transformers/switchgear. This, together with additional
mould handling, core shooting, shot blast and air compressor
facilities assures improved flowlines, higher productivity
and increased capacity to meet customers requirements for
the future. |
Continuous training and development ensures a skilled workforce,
which includes in house facilities for the manufacture of pattern
equipment in wood, resin, metal and polystyrene.
