CFL’s continuous investment in production facilities has resulted in three flexible production lines.
We produce iron castings using sand casting methods suited to components ranging from small to large. Our typical range covers castings from 1kg up to 2000kg, supporting a wide range of industrial applications.
Production volumes vary depending on requirements, from one-off parts to ongoing batches. The focus is on maintaining consistent quality, ensuring each casting meets the same standard regardless of volume.

CFL is very aware of the impact of foundries on the environment and has invested heavily in a thermal sand reclamation plant. This has significantly reduced sand disposal to landfills and pollution.
