Extensive Core Making
Core Making for Complex Sand Castings
Core making is used to create internal features within castings that cannot be formed by the mould alone. This allows for more complex geometries and functional designs.
We produce cores to support a wide range of casting requirements, ensuring accuracy and stability throughout the pouring and cooling process. This helps maintain dimensional integrity in the finished component.
Our cold box and furnace core-making facilities offer flexible core production using metal, resin or wooden core boxes for one-offs and series production with easy adaptation of existing tooling when required.
